We are currently looking for a hard-working and reliable part-time barista to join the team at our Oak location.
Candidates for this position must be available to work opening and closing shifts on both weekdays and weekends.
=> Availability on Friday, Saturday, and Monday is required <=

What you'll need:
- At least 1 years' experience preparing and serving coffee and food (required).
- Extensive knowledge in the specialty coffee sector (required).
- Demonstrated experience in customer and food service (required).
- Ability to perform daily bar opening and coffee dial in duties (required) ; ongoing training will be provided.
- Know how to operate an espresso machine, including grinding, dosing, and tamping. (required)
- Be skilled in steaming milk to the correct temperature and texture for various coffee drinks. (required)
- Be skilled in latte-art (heart and rosetta are required)
- Be familiar with various brewing methods (espresso, pour-over, drip..) (required)
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive when faced with new challenges and keep calm under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
- A true eagerness to learn and grow, with the willingness to push the boundaries with innovative new ideas.
- Must be extremely flexible with the ability to work a varied schedule each week and willing to work shifts at short notice.
- Punctual and reliable team player with strong interpersonal skills.
