Our Client, a highly established leading construction company, works to design, build, transport, operate and maintain projects all over North America.
We are looking for
a full- time (Contract to Hire)
Customer Service Representative or Dispatcher to join their team.
This is a remote opportunity but the candidate must be open to commute to the office when necessary, for meetings and/or events.
The Customer Service Representative or Dispatcher is responsible for assigning work as well as answering calls from technicians and client dispatchers. You have a passion for customer service, strong communication skills, and are a natural problem solver which allows you to ensure work gets completed safely, on time, and with a high degree of quality.

What You Will Be Doing
- Monitor daily workload in assigned geographical areas to ensure customers’ requirements are met
- Handle inbound calls from technicians and offer assistance as required to manage workload and outbound calls to technicians to ensure job status information is up-to-date and accurate
- Handle inbound calls from client dispatch teams to ensure effective coordination of resources and clear communication between teams
- Complete outbound calls to technicians to ensure job status information is up to date and accurate
- Creation and management of reports, tracking unique bookings, system errors, etc.
What You Bring To The Table
- Prior work experience in Customer Service (or Dispatching)
- Excellent customer service focus, with an ability to work collaboratively with others to influence outcomes
- Ability to work under the pressure of time constraints and a fast-paced environment
- A stable Internet connection and the ability to work from home
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
