Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as an Employee Benefits, Marketing, and Service Representative at Arbutus Financial Services Ltd. in Vancouver, BC, with flexibility for remote work. The role involves administering employee benefits and group retirement savings plans, managing customer service inquiries, providing insurance guidance, and account management. Additionally, the role will include marketing responsibilities to promote our financial services to clients.
Qualifications
- Benefits Administration, Employee Benefits, and Insurance expertise
- Customer Service and Account Management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance
- Experience in marketing financial services is a plus
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Relevant certification or degree in Finance, Business, or related field
