Customer Service Executive (FR Bilingual)
As our Customer Service Executive, you will work collaboratively with the entire Canadian team including Sales Traders, Compliance and Sales. The Customer Service Executive will play a material role in maintaining the smooth operation of the Canadian office.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively respond to and manage inbound client queries through Phone, Email, Live Chat and Messaging, professionally and efficiently
- Collaborate with the Client Services team in both London and APAC regions
- Provide excellent and high calibre client service to ensure a positive experience for all clients, focusing on getting it right first time, acting as a brand ambassador in all client interactions
- Responding to client enquiries and providing clients with product knowledge to ensure optimum utilisation of products and platforms
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience
- Maintain KPI and SLA targets, both individually and as a team
- Escalate all client issues in a timely manner to appropriate levels to ensure a consistently high level of client service if required
- Take ownership for ensuring accurate client information is recorded in relevant internal systems in a timely manner if required
- Ensure compliance with RG146 certification, including annual CPD points
- Manage client’s payment issues on a day-to-day basis while escalating to the correct department in a timely manner.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bilingual in English and French required
- Operates with integrity and a highly client centric mindset
- Demonstrates passion and enthusiasm for the financial services industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline desirable (Business, Finance, Economics etc.)
