Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Collaborate with the Brand team to execute performance campaigns across various channels, including paid search/social, email/SMS, affiliate, and organic, ensuring a unified marketing experience.
- Work with the agency of record on all paid marketing channels, including budget allocation, search query analysis, competitive analysis, and campaign execution.
- Email Marketing flow
- Collaboratively plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
Performance Optimization:
- Forecast marketing channel traffic mix, volume, and budget on a monthly basis.
- Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance, devising and implementing strategies to optimize marketing spend and achieve KPIs, with a focus on Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
- Customer profile optimization
Marketing Analysis:
- Analyze campaign performance to identify trends, insights and opportunities campaigns across all three facias (JD Sports, Livestock, and Size?).
- Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators.
- Utilize tools and analytics platforms to track and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to provide real-time insights and reports to the marketing team and senior management.
- Work closely with the Technology team to ensure all current and new marketing integrations are working as expected.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to inform marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaboration and Integration:
- Work alongside the e-commerce trading team to drive performance in core categories and brands.
- Work closely with the Brand team to amplify brand campaigns across paid marketing
- channels, delivering a cohesive best-in-class digital marketing experience.
- Contribute to the development of offline paid marketing initiatives, driving traffic to both existing and new retail locations.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a communication strategy that engages target audiences, builds brand and campaign awareness, and drives consumer engagement.
- Excellent proofreading, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Industry Expertise and Trends:
- Be the in-house expert on all paid marketing channels, working with external vendor partnerships to stay updated on new digital products.
- Stay abreast of digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and privacy concerns, contributing to the development of the paid marketing roadmap.
Brand Awareness:
- Work closely with the Brand team to amplify brand campaigns across paid marketing channels, delivering a cohesive best-in-class digital marketing experience.
Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed:
- 5+ years in a similar role.
- Prior experience in multi-brand retail is preferred.
- Superior time-management and prioritization skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to follow up on tasks without reminders.
Technical Proficiency:
- Strong understanding of marketing platforms
