Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Perform data entry of glass orders and maintain accurate records
- Assist with digital marketing and business promotion
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
Requirements:
- Proficient in using Excel
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
- Familiarity with computerized systems for administrative tasks
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and basic accounting principles
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Marketing and sales experience is a plus
