Marsim Auto Group is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is organized, flexible and has the ability to work independently.
This role strongly focuses on the people and culture of Marsim Auto Group, on order to make a positive contribution to the organization's success. Working in a fast-paced environment the main responsibilites of this role will be to assist in every area of the business of Marsim Auto Group.
Some of the Main Responsibilites Include:
- Help improve employee communication via staff bulletin boards, DriveHRIS, email, signs in employee areas of the dealership, etc.
- Conducting phone interviews, scheduling and coordinating interviews
- Manage the paperwork process for designated new hires efficiently and with attention to detail
- Manage onboarding process
- Conduct exit interviews and administer severance
- Ensure new hore is set up properly to function effectivelt and productively including work space, computer, office supplies, access cards etc.
- Assess and develop training plans by department and/or organization as a whole

Experience:
- HR Administrative Experience (3-5 years)
- Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
- Handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
Schedule and Job-Type
- Monday-Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Full-time, In-person
