Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Amico Group of Companies in Richmond Hill, ON. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for order processing and invoicing. Additional core responsibilities include customer satisfaction, order changes, returns and coordination with different teams in the company.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare industry or products is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
- Experience with SAP or any other ERP System is an asset but not required
- Work well under pressure to meet critical deadlines
