Description
TEKsystems' client in Vancouver wants to add a Financial Administrator to their team to support their mortgage department. The best candidate for this role will have 2 years of administrative experience within the financial industry. This role is best suited to someone who wants a long-term administrative role within a financial services company.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to a team of brokers.
- Effectively handle phone and email correspondence from clients, brokers & lawyers.
- Initialize the set up of new files for clients obtaining a home equity loan with Capital Direct
- Carry out all mortgage renewal processes.
- Cross training in other mortgage admin – funding, payouts, insurance.
- Any and all work required to be performed with relation to the follow up of the day-to-day activities of the company
MUST HAVES
- 1-2 years of administration experience in a financial organization.
- Strong command of the English language (written and verbal).
- Strong phone etiquette
- Proficiency using the MS Suite
- Post-secondary education. Degree or diploma
