Position: Administrative Clerk
Location: Scarborough/GTA
Salary: $20 to $22+ per hour
Job Type: Long-term temporary
Shifts: Day and afternoon
Our reputable client, a well-known organization located in the Scarborough and the GTA, has exciting opportunities available for
Administrative Clerks. If you are energetic, hard-working, and work well independently and in a team environment, then we would love to hear from you! These positions are long-term with the opportunity for permanency.
Responsibilities
- Work in a fast-paced production environment, review emails for specific information
- Identify key information in request submitted through email to determine the method of response, email or mail-out
- Review all information for accuracy and work with customers on resolving any discrepancies
- Follow established processes for tracking and logging information
Qualifications
- Good working knowledge of computer software including MS Word, Excel, Data Entry, and experience with general accounting experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail
- At least 1 year of previous work experience
