We are currently seeking for motivated part-time Gift Shop Sales Representative to join our Casa Loma team.
Responsibilities
Responds and resolves guests’ complaints
Professional representation of Casa Loma internally and externally at all times.
Inventory control and counts
Perform sales transactions, both cash and credit, assisting the customer with item selections, bagging, wrapping, and payment.
Compliance to all company policies, procedures and standards.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
One year of cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
Must be able to operate a cash register, handle simple calculations, and money transactions via a computer point of sale system.
Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends)
Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, an enthusiasm for selling, and an enjoyment for working with customers in a retail setting
Ability to work in Canada
