Job Summary
We are looking for someone with sales experiences and great customer service skills, who loves working in a team environment. We are a well-established, niche futon/mattress store in the area of Yorkdale Mall, with a wide variety of home décor products.
Responsibilities and Duties
- In-store and phone sales
- Email and customer follow up
- Ordering products
- Receiving product deliveries
- Loading customer pick-ups
- Store maintenance (creating new displays and keeping store clean)
- Handling customer service related issues
- Providing occasional social media related content or ideas
Qualifications and Skills
- Past sales experience
- Proficient in Outlook, Word & Excel (Quickbooks an asset)
- Organized with an ability to multi-task
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Physically able to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Must have a friendly vibe for excellent customer service
- Must be teachable!
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 11 – 17 per week
