Job Overview: We are seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented individual to assist with day-to-day office operations. This position involves administrative duties, customer service, and coordination with property managers and onsite contacts. The ideal candidate will be a team player who can also work independently, demonstrating exceptional multitasking and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle routine office tasks such as filing, receiving, and dispatching documents.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally and promptly.
- Process work orders, prepare and distribute quotes and service pricing.
- Maintain records, including managing spreadsheets and creating reports.
- Coordinate inspections, service calls, and emergencies with property managers/onsite contacts.
- Act as a liaison to resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (intermediate to advanced level preferred).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Must remain calm, patient, and diplomatic when handling difficult customer situations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
