We are looking for one fabulous person to join the Citrus team as our Customer Service/Front End Representative. Citrus is known for its exemplary customer service, great hair and great people. The position involves greeting and checking clients in and out, taking payments when needed, client care and troubleshooting, client support, help with salon flow, retail sales, and generally making sure everyone is happy and taken care of.
You:
Enjoy people and social environments, communicate well, have the ability to multi-task, stay calm under pressure, are able to problem-solve, work well in a fast-paced action-packed environment and can work cohesively within a team. You must possess great communication and writing skills. Customer service experience is a big plus.
