About The Role
We’re looking for someone who can immediately take ownership of customer success/nurturing, technical training/education, and generally serving our customers' needs. We help software architecture teams visualize large and complex systems, and your role will be to help them achieve better results.
What To Expect
- Work closely with customers, designers and engineering to understand problems in-depth.
- Run technical training sessions, sales calls, feedback sessions and help our customers use our product more effectively.
- You’ll take ownership and will test what you create end-to-end.
- You will have a large influence in the products journey and direction with the insights you gain.
- Create beautiful training material.
- Actively engage and collaborate with the team in person.
- Not your regular corporate job, you’ll wear all the hats 🎩.
- Experience in software architecture best practice would be beneficial.
Pay range
$120,000-$160,000 CAD (based on talent)
Location
- North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
- 3 in-office days every week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
- Hybrid & flexible work environment.
- This is not a fully remote job.
