Job Overview:
As a Bartender, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will create innovative cocktails, expertly recommend pairings, and maintain the highest standards of professionalism, all while bringing warmth and energy to your interactions with guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and efficiency.
- Provide an engaging and personalized experience for all guests at the bar.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Mediterranean wines, spirits, and ingredients to provide recommendations and educate guests.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and alcohol regulations, including proper ID verification.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop cocktail pairings and seasonal offerings.
- Assist with inventory control and monitor stock levels of bar supplies.
- Stay updated on current beverage trends, mixology techniques, and seasonal ingredients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns with professionalism.
- Uphold the restaurant’s high standards of hospitality and service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-end or fine-dining setting.
- Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of Mediterranean wines, spirits, and cocktail-making techniques.
- Skills:
- Strong mixology skills and the ability to create unique, sophisticated cocktails.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
- Certification: Smart Serve certification is required.
- Personality: Outgoing, personable, and professional with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
