Our clients want us to deliver a face-to-face customer service experience. We do this by taking care of the existing customer base and providing personal care with new customers. It is our team's top priority to provide the highest quality of customer service care, and to maintain and build quality relationships with our customers. This job is full-time and involves in person sales with customers.
Job Details
- Training by management and sales team daily to become an expert in existing client promotions, products, and ways to assist in enhancing new customer acquisitions
- Providing a high level of service unique to every individual in an approachable and friendly manner
- Utilizing product knowledge and providing expert advice to resolve arising questions in regards to our clients brand and mission
- Customizing our consumer’s packages with competitive pricing based on our marketing database and industry trends
- Collaborating in person, either one-on-one or in a team setting, contributing innovative marketing and sales tactics to fellow marketing and sales representatives
- Presenting our clients brand to our targeted audience in an efficient way that brings our brand story to life and enhances customer acquisition margins

Our ideal candidate
- 0-2 years of experience in either customer service, marketing, advertising, sales, retail or telemarketing
- Must be able to start working immediately if needed
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience developing positive relationships and/or solving customer problems
- Partners effectively with others to ensure coordinated, efficient account management
