AAA Roofmasters is looking for a professional, outgoing, and well-spoken Residential Roofing and Aluminum Sales Representative that can help us grow and book more roofing and Aluminum projects for the upcoming summer! You will be expected to source their own leads, set up appointments with clients and book jobs for our business.
As a Residential Roofing Sales Rep, you will be dedicated to keep up with our fast-paced environment while treating customers and employees like family. Experience required in estimating, takeoff, and selling residential roofing is preferred.
This role is for an individual looking to take on a leadership role and develop/improve their sales, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and strict organizational skills are required.
Clean and valid Drivers License.
Most leads will be sourced initially from door-to-door marketing, must be willing to partake in lead generation

Responsibilities:
• Sourcing leads via door-to-door marketing, referrals or online leads
• Conducting prospecting calls to qualify leads and set up appointments
• Completing in house visits for clients and providing detailed estimates for roofing projects
• Develop and maintain relationship with clients.
• Inspect and develop scope of work to be performed.
• Handle project pricing and writing of estimates and contracts.
• Same day closing experience preferred.
• Collect payment from customer or insurance companies.
• Provide weekly and monthly sales activity report.
