Job Description
Our Cadel team is expanding, we are looking for a Technical Sales Support Specialist to join our team.
In This Role You Will
- Process RFQs, technical specifications, and orders via email or phone,
- Provide price quotations, technical product information, and manage inventory through forecasting,
- Interpret technical specifications (blueprints, drawings and schematics) and translate them,
- Maintain key customer lists and master product cross-references,
- Serve as a technical expert for heavy vehicle / diesel fuel injection parts,
- Coordinating with other departments within the product management and procurement channels,
- Monitor market conditions and competitor products to assist in division expansion.
Requirements
To join our team, you need:
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on building relationships
- Ability to communicate in English and Canadian French (written and verbal)
- Experience with inventory management and forecasting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
