Job Overview:
The Sales and Marketing Promoter will play a key role in driving business growth by promoting our HVAC services, developing new client relationships, and enhancing our brand visibility. This individual will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns, generating leads, and working collaboratively with the sales and technical teams to meet company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial and commercial HVAC market.
- Conduct on-site visits to client locations to understand their needs and offer proven HVAC solutions.
- Create and manage promotional materials, including brochures, email campaigns, social media posts, and other digital content.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to gather feedback and identify additional service opportunities.
- Participate in generating detailed proposals and presentations that clearly outline solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Provide regular reports to the manager, detailing sales activities, tracking progress, and highlighting challenges.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions using the company CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales preferably in the HVAC or industrial sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meeting and events.
