What You’ll Be Doing
CIBC’s Technology, Infrastructure & Innovation team is hiring for Business Analyst Co-Ops! As a Business Analyst, you will use your communication and coordination skills to support the team in different projects, identify areas of opportunity and conduct analysis that will help process improvements. Join our team and stretch your communications and evaluation skills to help enhance the banking experience for the modern world. You will help synthesize technology and assist with improvements across channels, products, multiple businesses for CIBC employees, ultimately helping further define strategy.

- Data analysis: Analyze data/situations fully and accurately to guide or reach productive decisions.
- Process Improvement: You enjoy the process of researching current processes and identifying improvements that will optimize or improve standards
- Enable new opportunities: Assess market and emerging trends and opportunities for improved experiences.
- Solution Design - Work closely with Business Partners to guide formulation of business requirements and solution design discussions to meet project needs.
- Relationship Building – Establishing relationships with Business Partners, Colleagues and Managers to ensure strong partnerships and cooperative learning spaces.
