Responsibilities

Manage assigned painting projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and client expectations are met.
Deliver high-quality work with attention to detail and precision.
Work independently and ensure tasks are completed without direct supervision.
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace during and after each project.
Uphold safety standards and proper use of tools and materials.
Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and repairing cracks
Use brushes, and rollers to apply paint or other coatings
Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect them from paint
Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
Communicate with customers to understand their painting needs and preferences
Provide excellent customer service throughout the painting processThis role will involve a few steps before a full-time position is offered, allowing us to ensure a great fit for both you and the team.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a painter in residential, or commercial settings
Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
No criminal history
