Role Overview: We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Outside Sales Representsative Support to join the Brenlo team. This position will focus on providing essential support to outside sales representatives and ensuring the smooth processing of customer orders. The ideal candidate will excel at managing multiple tasks, maintaining clear communication across teams, and ensuring accurate and timely order processing.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Enter orders for outside sales representatives upon request, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the system.
- Coordinate delivery dates with operations to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Verify that CAD drawings are correct and complete before order processing.
- Ensure all components of a quote are complete, signed, and accurate before converting to an order.
- Collect customer deposits and process quotes into orders.
- Separate orders in a way that allows efficient coordination with the shipping department.
- Investigate and manage any issues or changes in orders, acting as a liaison between sales representatives and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the system.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Strong customer service skills, with a quick and adequate response to issues that may interfere with order processing.
- Sales processing experience, including the ability to process quotes and orders within company guidelines.
- Interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and represent Brenlo with integrity and honesty.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize customer requests and administrative workload.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within the organization (with accounting, operations, and outside sales teams).
