Our Client, a renowned ski mountain, is looking for a Director of sales & Marketing to join their team. The Director of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the mountain's business objectives. This position requires a seasoned leader who is strategic, results-driven, and passionate about creating exceptional experiences for guests. The Director will oversee the marketing team, manage brand integrity, and drive innovative marketing campaigns to enhance the resort's presence and revenue.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business goals.
Lead and mentor the marketing team, setting targets and promoting growth.
Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure consistent brand vision across all guest touchpoints.
Oversee product development and pricing strategy.
Manage and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
Plan and execute promotions to drive sales and events.
Manage digital marketing, including website, SEO, social media, and email.
Align sales and marketing teams on revenue generation strategies.
Guide event ideation to enhance guest engagement.
Optimize marketing budget and track KPIs to meet targets.
WHO YOU ARE:
7+ years of progressive experience in marketing, sales, and brand management, ideally within the hospitality, tourism, or ski industry.
Proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive growth and enhance brand visibility.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a diverse group of professionals.
Expertise in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.) and traditional marketing methods.
Excellent understanding of product development, pricing strategy, and revenue optimization.
Ability to develop and manage a comprehensive marketing budget with a focus on ROI.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to represent the brand to both the media and the public.
Experience in crisis communications and media relations is a plus.
A passion for outdoor activities, snow sports, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in performance tracking and KPI monitoring.
