Role Description
This is a part-time or full-time hybrid/remote on in-office role for a Vacation Consultant in West Vancouver, BC. The Consultant will assist customers in booking various vacation products, such as Cruises, Flights, Resorts, Tours, Vacation Packages, and more. Work from home / outside of Canada is acceptable to accommodate flexibility; however, regular attendance to monthly meetings in office is required.
Qualifications
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
- Knowledge of Vacation Products and Destinations
- Ability to Multitask and Prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Booking Systems and Technology
- Detail-oriented and organized mindset
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Advanced computer skills
