Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Administrator/Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, sales, and property management. As an Administrator/Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with the leasing process and ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction as well as in office admin duties.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide detailed information about available units
- Process lease applications and conduct credit and background checks
- Prepare leasing agreements and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
- Respond to inquiries from current and prospective tenants in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize property management software for data entry, scheduling, and reporting
- Assist in organizing and executing marketing to attract new tenants
- Collaborate with the property management team to address tenant concerns and resolve issues promptly

Requirements
- Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred
- Proficiency in data entry, office administration, Microsoft 365
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close leasing deals effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of administrative procedures related to property leasing
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload efficiently, and work well under pressure
-G class drivers license is required
-Clean driver's abstract is required
-Must be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed
