We are looking for a detail-oriented, trustworthy, and punctual customer service person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, answer calls and emails, communicate with our technicians and clients , send quotes and invoices, resolving issues, processing orders, and providing exceptional support to ensure a positive experience.
You must possess strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Hours: Mon-Fri 9:30am - 5:30pm
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate customer needs and advise on appropriate solutions
- Act as a contact person for assigned projects
- Maintain accurate records of all completed work orders
- Prepare reports and KPI's
- Handle customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Fluent English
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Exceptional problem solving abilities
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal & written
