Looking for a self starting individual able to work with minimal supervision in preparing our pizza dough from start to finish for use in our restaurant. Only individuals who have experience with making dough should apply.
Key responsibilities include:
- Measuring and mixing ingredients (flour, water, yeast, salt, etc.).
- Kneading the dough to achieve the desired elasticity and texture.
- Allowing the dough to rise
- Shaping the dough & weighing the dough to fit the desired pizza size and thickness.
Must be able to follow direction and have pride in a job well done. Load varies depending upon the season and how busy the restaurant is. 3-4 days a week, you can pick the time. Training is provided for the right individual (with other baking experience)
