We are seeking a motivated Red Bull Canada Distribution Intern to join our team! The purpose of this role is to provide better visibility to the performance of our distribution teams relative to our corporate objectives. By digging into results of ongoing audits and combing through existing reports, the ideal candidate for this role will help Red Bull to identify gaps, develop tools and recommend opportunities to improve existing processes for the distribution teams.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
PERFECT STORE AND WINNING VS. COMPETITION ANALYSIS
Dig deep into audit data collected from field sales teams and 3rd party auditors. Produce a monthly report that identifies where we are gaining traction and where are we losing traction? (by placement in store, by banner, by region, by KPI target, etc.) Report back on compliance issues – missing coolers, poor planogram execution, missing displays, campaign POS usage, pricing visibility, etc.
INDEPENDENT CHANNEL CUSTOMER TRACKING AND COMPLIANCE REPORTING
Improve visibility to the VIP channel customer accounts by developing a dashboard or tracking system to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to the program. Produce a report that shows us if customers are compliant and following the terms of the agreements, looking specifically at planograms, number of shelves, number of placements, pricing, and POS usage. Generate monthly feedback/performance by region/distributor on VIP compliance.
PLAN AND HOST BI-WEEKLY MEETING FOR DISTRIBUTION LEADERSHIP TEAM
Coordinate with individual distribution leadership team members to build an agenda for a bi-weekly touch base meeting. Provide clear periodic results based on the above analysis.
CYCLE PLAN & TRAINING MATERIALS MAINTENANCE
Work with Initiative Managers to maintain and improve current Cycle Plan and internal training materials processes and content.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- Actively enrolled as an undergraduate in a university or college, going into 3rd or 4th year in September 2025.
- Ability to grow, change and thrive within our organization and culture.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint programs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
