Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic services to women and their families, focusing on their emotional and psychological well-being. This role requires a strong understanding of patient care, with focus on women of all ages, as well as the ability to manage cases effectively.

Duties

Conduct individual and group therapy sessions .
Assess patients' mental health needs through interviews, observations, and data collection.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Utilize medical terminology effectively in communication with healthcare teams.
Participate in case management activities to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
Valid licensure as a Psychotherapist or equivalent credential in the state of practice.
Experience working with women and families in a clinical setting is preferred.
Knowledge of special education processes and resources is a plus.
Strong skills in patient care, case management, and effective communication.
Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to mental health care.
Ability to conduct research and apply findings to improve therapeutic practices.
