Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of concession , ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Supervise and train concession staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash registers
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met in the concession area
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Assist with menu planning and pricing strategies
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate concession services for events
- Back up as cook if required
- Manage recycling, must have access to vehicle
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry is required
- Completed Food Safe Course, proof of certificate required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Cash handling experience is required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must have valid driver's licence
