Position Overview
We are seeking a highly driven Account Executive to join our Canadian Sales Team. The Account Executive is primarily responsible for building strong relationships with clients and agencies.
Responsibilities
- Manage client and agency accounts through the sales process including prospecting, pitching, closing, and renewal
- Strategically position our various media and marketing solutions including video, display, mobile, and integrated experiences to win business
- Create and present proposals to secure business by recommending the network's inventory that best fits the client’s needs and applying the rate card accordingly
- Utilize data-backed audience insights to deliver a compelling value proposition
- Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration in campaign strategy, execution, measurement, and optimization to deliver comprehensive servicing for accounts
- Learn and demonstrate a working knowledge of the programmatic advertising marketplace
Qualifications
- Experience in media or video sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on selling value over price
- Experience in digital, out-of-home, or event & sampling sales is a plus
- Proven track record in prospecting, cold calling, and landing new business
- Knowledge of the health and wellness industry or fitness brands is a bonus
- Comfortable using digital advertising platforms, CRM software, and sales tools
- Great at building and maintaining client relationships and handling multiple accounts
- Strong analytical skills to optimize sales strategies and campaign performance
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
- Creative thinker with a knack for developing innovative sales strategies
- Willing to travel for client meetings, industry events, and conferences
