Overview
The Role:
Reporting to the Experience Planning Director, the Coordinator will be responsible to take an active part in thought leadership projects across Starcom. They will also be responsible for delivering marketing insights to help drive the strategic planning process and optimize the media mix to improve return on investment. This is an opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team where strategic thinking and creativity are at the core of the business.
The successful candidate will have superior communication skills and strategic thinking but must also be able to solve business issues using data, creativity, and human insight. Working collaboratively and building relationships with various key stakeholders, within both Publicis and the broader industry, is a key part of this role.
Responsibilities
- Take an active part in researching, writing and publishing thought leadership projects for the network which include whitepapers and PubliSEES
- Take an active part in Lion Squad, our internal think tank as well as Publicis Media Strategy & Research teams
- Shadow, learn and participate in cross agency collaboration across various clients
- Prepare competitive reviews for clients
- Prepare in depth consumer analysis for clients
- Assist with global requests and contribute to global reports
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively but also be a team player
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Solid presentation and training skills
- Basic knowledge of primary/custom research methodologies, with an interest in learning more
- Enthusiastic, proactive, flexible and open to learning new things
