Job Description: As a Junior Designer, you will assist with the creation and design of dried floral arrangements for various occasions and customers while supporting different teams and functions. Your creativity and attention to detail will help elevate our floral offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the senior floral designers in creating and arranging dried floral and decoration displays.
- Prepare flowers and foliage by cutting, trimming, and conditioning for use in designs.
- Create and maintain specifications for raw materials in system.
- Support the sales team by creating product samples tailored to meet diverse customer needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the design workspace.
- Help select materials based on client preferences and design concepts.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting stakeholders with innovation projects.
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts by creating and posting engaging content.
- Stay updated on floral design trends and techniques.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in floral design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of design principles, color theory and project management are highly desirable
- Strong creativity, communication skills, and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing skills is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.

- College or university education preferred but related experience will be taken into account.
Salary and Benefits:
- Compensation range $40,000-$50,000 annually.
