The Role
AdmitONE, an MRG Group entity, is a fast growing ticketing company that has become an industry leader in hospitality, events, and live entertainment. It’s an experience portal that delivers Positive, Shareable Experiences (PSEs) while discovering and purchasing tickets.
AdmitONE is looking to add an Event Programmer & Client Services Representative to our team. Reporting to the Manager, Client Services, the Event Programmer & Client Services Representative will offer programming and client support while building client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with all clients and support their ticketing needs including programming, box office support, pricing, and settlements.
- Research, develop and build systems that create efficient workflows.
- Meet reporting standards for internal and external clients in relation to ticket sales, products and revenue.
- Create and modify standard settlement packages and reporting/payout processes to exceed clients needs.
- Assist with mentoring and training new part time staff as required.
- Deliver product updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software event issues if they occur.
- Conduct quality control for event details and programming.
- Track, analyze, and report on the success of software, programming, and client/customer needs.
- Assist with event day operations as needed.
- Build seat maps for new and existing clients.
- Help support the intake for new event/venue/show requirements.
- Ensure show/event maintenance on a continuous basis
- Lead and support with quick response times to tight turnarounds for client requests
- Use Square Payment to process manual payments and facilitate reporting.
- Provide reporting for the entire lifecycle of an event.
- Liaise with venues and promoters for onsite software and hardware requirements.
- Manage inventory and ticket printing requirements as needed by clients.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- 1-2 years of experience in ticket programming or administration.
- Experience running complex reporting and sales functions within ticketing and access control systems.
- A passion for creating positive and shareable experiences and exceeding client expectations.
Due to the nature of the work, after-hours correspondence will be required.
