ROCKSTAR SALES ASSOCIATES (ON-CALL SALES POSITION) | Vancouver, BC
We are looking for super-friendly, outgoing, and personable people to join our team as an On-Call Salesperson! This role offers a fantastic opportunity to support our newest sales team, with the flexibility of being available in case of dropouts or absences from our primary sales team. While you won’t be guaranteed regular hours, we’re seeking individuals who are ready and eager to step in and take on any open shifts when needed, ensuring that our client’s portfolio of smoke-free products continues to grow and make a difference in the lives of adult smokers.
If you’re an enthusiastic person with an entrepreneurial mindset, ready to make a change by engaging with consumers and creating meaningful connections, we want to hear from you! This role will involve assisting in educating adult smokers about better choices, especially in settings like key retailers, pubs, restaurants, and clubs.
WHAT’S A WORKDAY LOOK LIKE?
- Step in and take shifts as a backup to assist with engaging and educating adult smokers.
- Support sales efforts at key locations, including trade support at retailers, pubs, restaurants, and clubs.
- Attend ongoing training sessions to stay confident and well-equipped to represent the product.
- Support the team by ensuring that sales protocols and health and safety guidelines are followed.
- Be ready and available to fill in when needed and actively engage with team communication, including group chats and feedback sharing, even when not actively working.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Flexibility. We are looking for you to be available to step in and take on shifts when they become available (24hr – to occasional same-day notice).
- You need to be comfortable engaging with customers in various settings! The more outgoing and energetic, the better!
- A background in sales and customer service is essential — we need someone who can hit the ground running and be ready to step in as needed.
- Ability to work well in a team environment is crucial; this is not just about individual performance, it’s about supporting each other to deliver a seamless experience.
- A proactive attitude, with the flexibility to jump into the role whenever needed (especially on late afternoons and evenings, Thursday to Saturday).
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive hourly pay at $30, with health benefits and the potential for bonus opportunities.
- While there are no guaranteed hours, there is the potential to work up to 24 hours per week, with the chance of additional hours as campaign success grows.

ADDITIONAL INFO:
- Must have valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

- The role will require standing for extended periods and lifting/carrying 25-50 pounds when necessary.
