Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and employees while handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner, directing them appropriately.
- Phone and Email Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries via phone or email promptly.
- Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, data entry, maintaining records, and other general administrative tasks as needed.
- Mail and Deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages to appropriate departments.
- Office Supplies: Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office management is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
