Our client is looking to onboard Administrative Assistant on contract basis for 8 weeks working on-site in Mississauga location.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing mailbox, envelops, and scanning.
- Answering phone calls, taking memos, and maintaining files.
- Helping with administrative tasks and providing support.
- Preparing and managing schedules.
- Keeping track of inventory and placing orders when necessary.
- Creating and editing reports, memos, and invoices.
- Handling data entry and maintaining company databases.
- Addressing customer complaints or issues.
- Ensuring a professional and orderly workspace
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience in a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of office procedures.
- Experience with office management software like MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
