We are looking for high energy, personable and bright people to join our Customer Service team who will assist us with the goal of being the best company in our industry. The office is located in the heart of Toronto's Financial District at 360 Bay St within 3 minute walk to multiple subway stops and a 13 minute walk to Union Station. This is a daily in office role, 9-5pm, Monday-Friday.
Position: Full-time Customer Service Representative
Role Duties:
o Managing bookings for audit dates in the provinces we operate in.
o Communicating with the Operations department on audit updates.
o Managing inbound customer and partner calls to ensure they are addressed by the correct individuals.
o Dealing with customers to book appointments for installations.
o Doing ‘welcome calls’ to new customer to introduce 1Click and explain how we can work effectively together in the future.
o Providing assistance to the Sales and Operations team in order to deliver the best customer service in our industry.
Experience:
o People with previous Customer Service experience will be given preference.
o Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
o Strong proficiency in English language, both verbal and written, is a must.
o We will provide training for the rest.
