Who you are:
You are an enthusiastic bilingual self-starter with the ability to build strong relationships with external clients and put you English and French content creation and skills to work. Ideal candidates will have a background in online content publishing, including experience with the use of a content management system and HTML. You will also be able to assist with the development and maintenance of the content production calendar.
As you support our external clients, you are efficient and will anticipate and address their individual needs. You manage multiple tasks of varying types from client presentation material, reporting and marketing material. You are solutions-oriented and can effectively communicate in French and English. The ideal candidate will also be able to read, review and draft copy in Canadian English and French, and have a solid awareness of the health and wellness landscape in Canada.
High-level responsibilities:
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, provide superior customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Communicate regularly with clients in both English and French to understand their needs while demonstrating the value of our products and services
- Collaborate with internal departments to fulfil client needs; act as client advocate with a focus on improving client experience
- Work with Product and Content team to help with initiatives
- Create new content including translation and maintain current material with regular audits
- Keep and maintain accurate records pertaining to client accounts
Client Activities:
- Operate as the main point of contact for all client and account management matters within your portfolio
- Manage, create and send client utilization reporting
- Ensure client billings are set up and accurate
- Participate in client meetings
- Communicate project status and timelines to client
- Communicate account status, issues and risks to manager on a regular basis; escalating any issues to manager as they arise
- Liaise with sales and marketing, product and I.T. department to communicate client requirements, and issue resolution
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
Content Activities:
- Overseeing content creation activities for our suite of digital products, including production, translation and update implementations
- Constantly evaluating existing content for required fixes and improvements such as fixing links, updating databases and coding promos
- Assist in the research, writing and translation processes for regular content reviews and updates.
- Assist in the development and execution of our product content strategy, including seeking out and working with new content partners and freelancers, as well as our in-house staff.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and French
- Enthusiastic, pro-active team-player with a positive attitude
- A creative mind with an ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content in the health, wellness and lifestyle sphere
- Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint experience
- Experience with one or more common content management platforms
- Excellent organizational skills

- Bachelor’s Degree or diploma is preferred

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
