Job Summary:
We are a growing staffing agency providing recruitment and temporary labor services to businesses in the GTA. We’re looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Enthusiast to help us connect with local businesses, continue to grow our client base, and improve our service visibility.
What You’ll Do:
- Reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, cold calling, cold emailing, and follow-ups to introduce our services.
- Develop and run targeted marketing campaigns to attract businesses and job seekers.
- Use online tools and platforms to promote our services and brand.
- Track campaign results and adapt strategies based on feedback.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in sales and marketing.
- Strong communication skills and confidence with cold calling and emailing.
- A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.
- Familiarity with the staffing and recruitment industry is helpful but not necessary.
