About Us
At Steamoji, we empower children through hands-on learning in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) fields, fostering creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. We’re looking for an Enrollment and Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team, playing a pivotal role in introducing families to our academy and converting their interest into long-term engagement.
Responsibilities:
Lead Management and Trial Sessions
- Call and follow up with leads provided by the academy to explain program benefits, answer questions, and schedule trial sessions.
- Conduct engaging, personalized trial sessions for families, showcasing the academy’s value and impact on children’s education.
- Effectively communicate program details, answer questions, and close enrollments during or after trial sessions.
Client Engagement
- Greet families, children, and prospective clients warmly, ensuring a welcoming environment at the academy.
- Build strong relationships with families, fostering trust and confidence in Steamoji’s programs.
- Be the face of the academy, representing the Steamoji brand with professionalism, passion, and enthusiasm.
Sales and Customer Relationship Management
- Follow up with prospective families post-trial session to address concerns, answer additional questions, and finalize enrollments.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and sales metrics using CRM tools.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales and enrollment targets through proactive outreach and engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, Education, or STEM-related fields. (Preferably not a current student)
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or education-related roles is an asset.
- Passion for Education: A genuine interest in STEAM education and a desire to positively impact children and families.
- People Skills: Outgoing, approachable personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort with Technology: Proficiency in using phone systems, CRM tools, and basic office software.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Sales Acumen: Comfortable talking on the phone, conducting presentations, and guiding families through the decision-making process.
Additional Information
- Work Environment: This position is fully in-person and requires physical presence at the academy during operating hours.
- Work Schedule: Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, may be required to meet the academy's and client's needs. Our hours of operation are (Tues - Fri: 2pm - 7pm, Sat: 10am - 3pm, Sun: 11am - 3pm)
