What you will do:
- Be the Voice of the Customer: Manage a portfolio of corporate customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for both customers and internal teams. Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships.
- Coordinate Orders: Process and track Purchase Orders (POs) and Manufacturing Orders (MOs), ensuring smooth and timely order fulfillment.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with production, regulatory, R&D, and sales teams to meet customer requirements, including artwork, components, compliance, and raw material sourcing.
- Assist in Product Onboarding: Help set up new products and guide them through the necessary steps to ensure successful integration.
- Represent the Company: Attend industry trade shows and events, showcasing the company and building your network.
- Manage Sample Requests: Coordinate customer sample requests, ensuring quick and accurate delivery.
- Solve Problems: Troubleshoot customer issues, resolve order-related concerns, and ensure high-quality service, maintaining customer satisfaction at every step.
- Ensure Timely Delivery: Manage order submissions, monitor progress, and ensure that customer requests are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Be the First Line of Support: Handle inquiries related to products, shipments, inventory, quality, and general information. Your ability to solve problems quickly will be key to customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate for Success: Work with various departments to resolve issues, expedite orders, and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Support Growth: Analyze customer needs, suggest new products or services, and contribute to future development.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (University/College degree is a plus)
- Previous experience, especially in the relevant industry, is preferred.
- French language is an asset
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal, with the ability to confidently engage in phone conversations.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to convey clear, helpful information.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently, managing tasks with minimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to assess urgent needs and escalate issues when necessary to senior leadership.
