About the Role
Currently, we are looking for an individual to be a part of our reception and customer care group. You will be handling incoming calls, walk-in inquiries and manage basic parent, teacher and student administrative support.
While no experience is necessary, you are a diligent and focused (not easily distracted) individual that can work well independently, or with a small team. Since we are all about math and science, ideally, you’d have a good grasp of these concepts. It would be a bonus if you’ve done some math & science tutoring and teaching, and have a great passion for helping students do better, like the rest of your team! Given that it’s Vancouver, candidates should have a good grasp of daily English, and ideally, another language. Part-time or full-time welcome.
