You'll own the execution and optimization of 360 campaigns for our No Frills and Joe Fresh banners across diverse channels, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver exceptional results for our beloved brands. What you’ll do:
Lead the development, execution, and management of media plans from briefing through trafficking, billing, and post-campaign reporting, ensuring strategic alignment for national and market-specific initiatives across the portfolio.
- Coordinate the trafficking of creative assets for campaigns, collaborating with media teams, creative partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including brand, audience, creative, and digital analytics teams, to develop and implement comprehensive 360-degree campaign strategies.
- Analyze digital, social, and search performance metrics, providing timely recommendations to address issues and optimize results.
- Maintain financial records by managing BCRs, approving invoices, and creating purchase orders or scope of work documents.
- Oversee project timelines, including detailed workback schedules, and provide regular status updates on campaign execution.
- Communicate proactively with team leads, internal teams, and agency partners to adjust media strategies in response to market and competitive changes.
- Assists in continuous improvement by establishing and evaluating media across key metrics, identifying process optimizations, and implementing changes to drive success.
- Develop knowledge and understanding of the marketplace landscape, competitive, industry trends and new technologies that impact media plans.
Does this sound like you?
- 2-3 years of direct experience in developing, implementing, and driving media campaigns on client or agency side including budget and project management.
- Experienced in working with cross functional teams across internal and external clients.
- Education University Degree or College Diploma in Communications/ Media/ Marketing/ Advertising or a related field is preferred.
- Proven knowledge and experience in the execution of Media tactics across digital and traditional platforms including identifying KPIs and benchmarks.
- The ability to ensure that the execution of tactics remains on brand and on target.
- Strong problem-solving skills, as demonstrated by the ability to accurately identify critical issues and pursue their resolution with focus and determination.
- Ability to innovate and think outside-of-the-box with willingness to always learn.
- An ability to move easily between strategy, plan development and ‘hands-on’ execution.
- Highly organized, able to prioritize multiple projects effectively.
- Be results-oriented and can operate with a sense to urgency in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project and people management skills.
- Strong Analytical Skills – able to understand metrics & measure results.
