Job Title: Sales and Purchasing Administrator
Location: Brampton, Mississauga, ON
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year
Job Overview
We're seeking a dynamic Sales and Purchasing Administrator with expertise in the plastic and polymer industry. The ideal candidate will have strong sales, purchasing, and administrative skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Administration & Cold Calling: Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and attending industry conferences.
2. Purchasing & Vendor Management: Source and purchase plastic and polymer materials, negotiate contracts, and maintain inventory records.
3. Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry professionals.
Qualifications
1. 1+ years of experience in sales administration and purchasing within the plastic and polymer industry.
2. Proven experience with cold calling, emailing, and attending conferences.
3. Knowledge of the plastic and polymer industry, including materials, suppliers, and market trends.
4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems.
