Position: Noodle Chef
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Noodle Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic Chinese-style noodles and related dishes, including hand-pulled noodles, boiled noodles, oil-poured noodles, and stir-fried noodles.
Working Hours:
Everyday11:00 AM - 11:00 PM (with a break from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM)
Job Requirements:
1. At least **3 years of experience** in noodle preparation.
2. Strong learning ability to follow and master proprietary recipes.
3. Proficiency in Chinese noodle-making techniques, including hand-pulling, boiling, and seasoning.
4. Ability to use a wok for stir-fried dishes, including noodles on the menu.
5. Excellent time management and attention to detail.
