The back office is looking for an Operational Support Specialist to join the Operations team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Operational Effectiveness, you will fully immerse yourself into a new product we are soon launching, which will require an eye for detail and strong administrative skills! We are looking for a business-savvy individual looking to leverage their considerable quantitative, operations, and strategic thinking skills to tackle this product.

- Support the Operations back-office team with daily functions such as payment processing and account reconciliation
- Review various internal documents to ensure completion and accuracy
- Process manual adjustments and loan products for customer accounts and meet SLAs
- Work in partnership with accounting on customer payment products and reconciliation
- Maintain daily reports and productivity metrics
- Ability to be highly productive, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Takes initiative and able to juggle regular day-day tasks and ad hoc assignments, as required
