Hybrid: 1-2 days onsite per week
Salary: $65,200-77,450/year
Role Overview:
This role will focus on creating engaging and impactful educational content for high school students and teachers. The Program Support Specialist will have the opportunity to design and implement new learning materials that inspire and inform students. Additionally, this role will lead the development and rollout of our refreshed brand ambassador program, which includes creating new learning initiatives, training materials, and managing the selection and onboarding of new volunteers.
Key Responsibilities
Program Design:
- Create and manage student recruitment programs and resources.
- Recruit, onboard, and train passionate volunteers.
- Track program outcomes and provide progress updates.
Learning Materials:
- Develop and maintain training materials like manuals, guides, and presentations.
- Use digital platforms to create engaging content for students and teachers.
- Facilitate volunteer training sessions.
Project Coordination:
- Partner with educators to develop educational plans and resources.
- Monitor timelines and milestones to ensure project success.
What You Bring:
- Degree/diploma in Business, Education, HR, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, learning development, or program design
- Good understanding of how to market to students
- Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
