Our client, one of the big 5 banks in Canada, is looking to hire Customer Service Agent to support their Wealth Management division, which has an office located in the downtown Toronto area.
Please note - this is NOT a remote role. This starts off as fully in office for training, then transitions to hybrid. Must Have Experience/Certifications
- Previous Customer Service Experience (Phone Based - Call Center/Etc.)
- Knowledge of Wealth Management /Investment Products (Investment Options, RRSPs, Securities, etc.) *Can be from personal investing.
- CSC or IFIC Certifications (In Process or Completed)
Typical Day in the Role, include but are not limited to the following:
- Resolving client telephone and email inquiries timely and effectively
- Using discretion and problem solving skills to satisfy the requirements of the customer’s request
- Contributing to ideal center functionality by adhering to goals, policies, and procedures
- Utilizing key mind for sales to recognize and initiate opportunities for cross-selling and referrals
- Facilitating a culture of communication, participation, and collaboration by being an actively positive member of your team
